Menus that change every month
We thought of it like this
We have a menu that changes every month, small compact but tasty. Then, when you visit us, you certainly cannot exclude the possibility that you will find some extra dishes, abetted by some unexpected good ingredient that drops into our kitchen.
Since we are here to enjoy and please you, whatever your palate may be, while staying on a limited number of dishes we will always do our best to manage to please those who try to stay “Light” and those who like to eat something well “Robust” and keeping after the tastes of the little ones as well.
All this accompanied by the natural wines we produce on our farms.

Allergen table:
Foods indicated with * may have been sourced frozen according to availability.
The allergens that will be indicated on the menus through the number associated below, in the ingredient lists and verbally by the waitstaff are all those and only those recognized and indicated in ANNEX II of EU Regulation 1169/2011, specified below:
SUBSTANCES OR PRODUCTS THAT CAUSE ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES
- Cereals containing gluten.
- Crustaceans and crustacean products.
- Eggs and egg products.
- Fish and fish products.
- Peanuts and peanut products.
- Soybeans and soy products,
- Milk and milk products (including lactose).
- Nuts
- Celery and celery products.
- Mustard and mustard products.
- Sesame seeds and sesame seed products.
- Sulfur dioxide and sulfites in concentrations exceeding 10 mg/kg or 10 mg/liter in terms of total SO2 to be calculated for products as proposed ready-to-eat or reconstituted in accordance with manufacturers’ instructions.
- Lupins and lupin products.
- Shellfish and shellfish products.
Any other products are not considered allergens.
For severe allergy cases, we do not and cannot guarantee that cross-contamination between allergens will not occur.
